Job description

The Role of a Spa Therapist at Thermae Bath Spa

As a Spa Therapist, you will carry out holistic massage treatments and revitalizing facials. You will consult with guests to understand their needs and deliver high-quality treatments. Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of treatment rooms is essential to ensure a welcoming environment.

You should have a caring, friendly nature and work well independently and within a team, providing excellent customer service. We offer comprehensive in-house training to help you deliver professional, relaxing treatments confidently using Elemis products. This role also provides opportunities to gain further spa therapist experience.

Applicants must be NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent. Spa experience is preferred but not essential, as all therapists will undergo in-house training before providing treatments.
