Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to students aged 11-19 with SEN.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group support as needed.
• Help students develop communication, social and independent living skills.
• Promote positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and parents to monitor progress.
