Job summary

Remedy Education in Lewisham is seeking a strong SEN Teacher to join a school-based team from the end of September for a first half-term assignment, with potential to extend if it suits both sides.

The ideal candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons for pupils with SEN, adapt teaching to individual needs, maintain a calm, structured classroom, and work closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong SEN experience is essential.
• Experience teaching pupils with a range of additional needs.

Remedy Education are looking for a strong SEN Teacher to join a school based in Lewisham.

This role is due to start at the end of September and will run for the first half term, with the potential to continue for longer if it is a good fit for both the teacher and the school.

The school are looking for a confident and experienced teacher who has a strong background supporting pupils with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt learning to meet individual needs, and create a calm, structured and supportive classroom environment.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:
