Aspire People is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across seven specialist SEN schools in Oxford. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with term-time only options and potential to transition to permanent roles after a temporary period.
Experience in SEN is beneficial but not required; transferable care or education experience is welcomed. You will contribute to a patient, supportive learning environment and help pupils reach their potential.
Location: Oxford - OX2, OX3 & OX4
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

These are excellent opportunities for individuals looking to build a rewarding career supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The roles are full-time, Monday to Friday and offer the potential to become permanent following a successful temporary period.
Previous experience working in an SEN setting is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience who are passionate about working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals.
Experience supporting children or young people with autism, ADHD, complex needs, challenging behaviour or other SEN would be beneficial, although full training and support will be provided to the right candidates.
All candidates will be required to successfully complete the relevant safeguarding and vetting checks before attending a paid trial day.
