Job summary

Bourne Community College is seeking a Premises Assistant with experience in a school or maintenance environment. You will help keep the site welcoming and safe, carrying out site maintenance, repairs, decorating, caretaking and compliance checks.

This permanent, full-time role is 37 hours per week with shifts between 6.00am and 6.00pm across the year. The college sits on the NG grade scale and offers competitive pay within the NJC 3-4 range (£25,614-£26,016) with annual progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a school or maintenance environment.
• Ability to carry out site maintenance, repairs, decorating and caretaking tasks.
• Compliance checks and safety duties are expected
