Job summary

Tiso Glasgow Outdoor Experience is seeking a Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Glasgow. You will help customers choose the right gear for their adventures, keep the store welcoming and well-presented, and assist with merchandising while supporting issue resolution.

This role requires weekend availability and a passion for the outdoors. Base pay is £12.71 per hour, with a £12.44 rate for under-21s, along with a 40% staff discount, a company pension, and health benefits.

Full Time Sales Assistant –Tiso, 50 Couper Street Glasgow

Our colleagues are our greatest asset and we are looking for who shares our commitment to fantastic service and customer experience, loves the outdoors and would be excited to join the team in our Buchanan Street store.

The position is full time and the successful candidate will be expected to flexible including working weekends as required.

What does a day look like?

Our stores can be incredibly varied, and no two days are ever quite the same! However, you can expect to:

• Share your expertise and connect with our customers as you assist them in purchasing the right gear to enjoy the outdoors
• Maintain our excellent shop floor standards and ensure the store is a beautiful and engaging place for our customers to shop
• Support the merchandising of the store by ensuring that products are in the right place and in the right quantities
• Research and resolve customer issues
