Job summary

Tiso Perth Outdoor Experience is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant in Perth to help customers choose the right outdoor gear and create a welcoming shopping environment. You will join a team passionate about the outdoors and deliver excellent service daily.

The role requires flexibility including weekends. Expect to engage customers, maintain store standards, assist with merchandising, and resolve issues while representing the Tiso brand in a busy Perth store.

Full Time Sales Assistant –Tiso Perth Outdoor Experience

Our colleagues are our greatest asset and we are looking for who shares our commitment to fantastic service and customer experience, loves the outdoors and would be excited to join the team in our Buchanan Street store.

The position is full time and the successful candidate will be expected to flexible including working weekends as required.

What does a day look like?

Our stores can be incredibly varied, and no two days are ever quite the same! However, you can expect to:

• Share your expertise and connect with our customers as you assist them in purchasing the right gear to enjoy the outdoors
• Maintain our excellent shop floor standards and ensure the store is a beautiful and engaging place for our customers to shop
• Support the merchandising of the store by ensuring that products are in the right place and in the right quantities
• Research and resolve customer issues
