Job summary

Vets4Pets Preston is seeking a compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team. This full-time role (40 hours over 4 days) includes Saturdays on a rota with no out-of-hours work, and offers a supportive environment with opportunities for clinical development.

You will lead patient admissions, monitor anaesthesia, assist with recovery and discharges, and support theatre and preparation tasks. A minimum of 3 years nursing experience and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for animal welfare.
• Cheerful, down-to-earth approach and team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient admissions, anaesthetic monitoring, recovery and discharges.
• Support theatre and patient preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver high-quality care.
