Job summary

Teach South Sussex is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Worthing, Bognor Regis and Chichester. These full-time positions offer varied placements within a large Academy Trust and the chance to support pupils' learning and wellbeing in welcoming classrooms.

You will work alongside class teachers to run small groups, assist individual learners and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting.
• Patient, positive and adaptable with a genuine passion for helping children progress.
• Strong communication with pupils, teachers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' learning in reading and maths in small groups.
• Assist individual children who need extra help.
