Anonymous Recruiter in Erdington, Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to assist with personal care and daily living tasks. The role involves building rapport, supporting independence, and working up to 13-hour shifts with contracted hours.

Full-time position with training provided, DBS check required, and a focus on compassionate, patient care. Driving is optional; the worker will help with meals, mobility, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
