About the Role

£12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also train you through your NPLQ course to start your lifeguarding career.

Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and enjoyment in Splash Waterworld! This role requires attention to detail, guest interaction, and customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities to create memorable experiences.

Contracts range from 8 to 35 hours per week, depending on accommodation. Start dates are flexible from now to September, ideal for students.

You need to be available for a mix of midweek and weekend shifts, including evenings.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, and engaging with all ages. You must be a strong swimmer, attentive, reliable, flexible, and punctual. Successful candidates will be invited to a swim test including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and climbing out unaided. Parental permission is required for under 18s.
