Job summary

Flourish Education in Malvern is recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to support the school's pre-school and assist with early development through play-based activities, helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Early Years qualification, have EYFS understanding, DBS on update service (or within 12 months), and provide two excellent references. The role is full-time from January until the end of the school year.

Qualifications

• Relevant Early Years qualification.
• Experience in early years, nursery or primary school setting.
• Familiar with EYFS framework.
• Ability to support children's development and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Support engaging activities across early years learning.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene and changing needs.
• Support daily routines and transitions between activities.
• Encourage independence and social development among children.
• Observe progress and share information with the class teacher and staff.
