Job summary

Prime Life Ltd is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant for Charnwood Oaks in Shepshed. This full-time night position runs from 8pm to 8am, supporting residents through their night needs and ensuring comfort and safety.

You will join a supportive night team, with funded DBS, holiday pay, training opportunities and a Refer a Friend scheme. Prior care experience is welcome but not required; full training will be provided.

Prime Life is looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team at Charnwood Oaks.

Our home supports 84 residents, many living with dementia and other age-related health conditions. As part of our night team, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night, ensuring they receive the care and reassurance they need.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting residents with personal care and bedtime routines.
• Ensuring residents are comfortable and safe throughout the night.
• Supporting residents with their individual needs and mobility.
• Providing reassurance, companionship and emotional support.
• Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
• Working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
