Job summary

Prime Life Ltd invites applications for a Bank Care Assistant position at Charnwood Oaks in Shepshed, Leicestershire. You’ll support residents with personal care, meals and activities, helping them feel safe, comfortable and valued. Flexible shifts and opportunities to pick up extra hours are available.

We value compassion, reliability and teamwork. Training is provided, including DBS clearance funded by us, and you’ll join a supportive team focused on high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work flexible bank shifts.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Our home supports 84 residents, many living with dementia and other age‑related conditions. You'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable and valued while supporting them to enjoy everyday life.
