We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional Head Nanny to join a family in West Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and a passion for fostering age-appropriate learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance the development of our three children, aged 3, 5, and 7, through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Create a fun and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Manage daily routines and ensure the children's well-being in both home and high-profile settings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a nanny or in early childhood education.
• A deep understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning strategies.
• Ability to thrive in high-profile environments with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation:

• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Separate X2 bed cottage situated on the family's beautiful countryside estate. Close train links into Paddington within 45 mins.
