Job summary

Valley House in Coventry is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our Maintenance Team. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, cleaning, repairs, decorating and gardening to keep premises safe and well-maintained; work Monday to Friday 8am–5pm; 37.5 hours per week; DBS check required.

The role requires Level 2 in Property Maintenance or DIY maintenance experience, a driving licence for company vehicles, and you will support trainees and monitor equipment; benefits include £27,000

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Property Maintenance or experience performing general DIY/maintenance tasks including cleaning, basic plumbing, gardening and decorating.

Responsibilities

• Undertake routine maintenance tasks, cleaning, repairs, improvements, decorating and gardening to keep premises welcoming, safe and well-maintained.
• Work Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and 37.5 hours per week.
• Support trainees in the Maintenance Team and maintain logs/records.
