Job summary

Aspiring Lifeguards wanted at Aspire Leisure Centre. We require a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and a passion for delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for all swimmers. We also fund the Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification to help you develop your career poolside.

Our vibrant pool operates Monday–Saturday 6am–10:30pm and Sunday 7am–3pm, offering shifts that include early mornings, evenings or weekends with a supportive team. Apply now to join us full-time.

About the Role

Our vibrant, inclusive pool is open Monday - Saturday 6am - 10.30pm and Sundays 7am - 3pm. That means your shifts could include early mornings, evenings or weekends—but with a supportive and fun team, the time flies.
