- Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
- Minimum of a Level 6 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or similar)
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
- Provide evidence of continuing professional development

- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support learners
- Contribute to curriculum development and meet industry standards
