Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced KS2 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bootle on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support pupils with additional needs, including challenging behaviour, helping to create a positive and structured learning environment.

The role requires strong behaviour management, SEND/SEMH experience, and the ability to use de-escalation strategies to support pupils throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting KS2 pupils with SEND.
• Experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Ability to implement de-escalation strategies.

Responsibilities
