Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking an Inclusion Hub Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a Basildon primary school. This full-time, permanent role supports a small group of KS1 pupils with SEN within the school's Inclusion Hub, working alongside teachers and SENCOs to tailor activities and promote inclusive learning.

The successful candidate will use positive behaviour management, help pupils build confidence, independence and social skills, and contribute to a welcoming school community.

Responsibilities

• Support a small group of pupils with SEN in the Inclusion Hub
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and staff to deliver tailored activities
