Job summary

Trust Education Limited is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time temporary role in Doncaster (DN3). The position starts ASAP and continues on an ongoing basis, offering a rewarding opportunity to support pupils and staff.

The successful candidate will work across the school, assist with lessons, provide targeted support, and help monitor pupil progress while upholding safeguarding and school policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an HLTA, Teaching Assistant or in a similar education role.
• Experience supporting children within a school or educational setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, enthusiastic and positive approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity?

The Role
