Academics is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Doncaster for temporary, flexible supply work across local primary schools. The role suits an ECT, graduates, or experienced HLTAs seeking varied opportunities through the Academics year.

You will deliver engaging lessons, support learning and behaviour management, and adapt to different classes and age ranges as needed. A supportive consultant and access to ongoing training accompany these assignments.

The Role

Requirements for the role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant Doncaster

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (not essential but can be helpful
• Degree educated or Level 4 HLTA or equivalent qulification
• Previous experience in school setting desirable- but we are open to Graduates seeking a career in teaching
• Strong knowledge of how schools work
• Confident behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for education and training
• Happy to complete mandatory training needed to be cleared to work in school setting - Child Safeguarding, Allergy Training and so on.
