Job summary

Wolseley, including its Fusion Utilities division in Chesterfield, is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking/packing orders, stock handling, and maintaining safety standards in a busy warehouse environment.

We require a counter balance forklift license, a driving license, and proven warehouse experience. Reach truck and D2 license are a plus. The position offers a full-time contract and benefits under the Wolseley group.

Qualifications

• Counter balance forklift license required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Reach truck and D2 license desirable.
• Experience using a warehouse management system desirable.
• Driving license essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including booking in stock and put deliveries away into designated locations.
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times.
