Qualifications

• Previous cook/chef experience in catering, hospitality or food service.
• Culinary passion and ability to prepare good-quality food.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen team
• Positive attitude and pride in workmanship

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve fresh, high-quality meals in a busy kitchen.
• Ensure presentation, quality and consistency of every dish.
• Follow food safety and health & safety standards (EHO guidelines).
• Work as part of a professional catering team to deliver efficient service.
• Prepare meals for military personnel and ensure a consistent dining experience.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
• Support events and functions to showcase cooking skills
