Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for Walton on Thames to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a busy community service. Training is provided with no cost to the applicant.

Salary £25,845 per annum (pro rata) and 39 hours per week, with a full UK driving licence required to access service activities and transport users to the community.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License required to drive service vehicles and access community engagement.
• Training provided through accredited programmes at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Engage service users in daily living activities and community access.
• Support social activities and connections with family and friends.
• Assist with managing finances for service users.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment and assist with shopping.
• Provide, and encourage, personal care.
