The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a Female Support Worker in Warlingham, Surrey. The role offers full-time hours (39 per week) with a pro rata salary of £25,845 per annum. A Full UK Driving licence is required.

Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a supportive care team. You will help 4 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours in a shared living setting, near Warlingham village.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is not essential.
• Full UK Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day-to-day living and community activities.
• Assist with social activities and connect with family and friends.
• Assist with managing finances.
• Maintain the home, shopping, and personal care.
