Nestled in the vibrant Ropewalks area of Liverpool, The Halyard features 133 rooms and is part of IHG's Luxury Lifestyle brand, offering a smart restaurant and bar. The layout includes a gym, meeting room, and suites on the top floor with stunning city views from private balconies.

We focus on delivering an all-day dining experience with locally sourced ingredients for our Chef's small plates.

As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure high standards in food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in your designated kitchen area.

Applicants should have prior experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel setting and demonstrate a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
