Job summary

Qualifications

• You will gain funded, recognised qualifications as you work.
• Successful candidates will be registered with the PVG scheme.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support to four individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities, socialising, and community outings.
• Engage in meaningful activities and monitor wellbeing as part of a dedicated team.
