Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people who display challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, Autism, or ADHD.
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach with the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support students in managing behaviour and developing positive relationships.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and support colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to support social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Assist in implementing behaviour strategies and helping students develop self-regulation skills.
