Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate Full-Time Counselor to join our Washburn House team in Worcester, MA. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with evening shifts and a starting salary of $50,000+ per year.

This role involves providing individual therapy and group sessions within an inter-disciplinary team, coordinating care with the Director of Clinical Services, and ensuring treatment plans meet client goals while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced practice.
• Experience with 12-Step and Family Systems Recovery Models.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to an assigned caseload three times weekly.
• Offer group therapy as part of the milieu treatment program.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to support patient goals.
• Document progress and treatment planning in medical records.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in staff meetings.
