Full time Admin / Operations Assistant – York
Mpowering People are a young, highly ambitious, entrepreneurial Executive Search firm focused on recruiting Senior and Executive talent within the Future Mobility sector.

Our clients are some of the very best Global suppliers, and our remit sees us recruiting across the Globe for talent within areas such as Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Aerospace & Defence, and Mining.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the planning and execution of firm events and meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Office Management
  • Weekly food orders.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
  • Liaise with external suppliers / provisions (cleaners, water, etc).
  • All displays are up to date and visible
  • Weekly reminders for the team to update the interview, offers, and finals board.
  • Acting as front of house for interviews, training, and accountant visits.
Administrative Support
  • Daily / Weekly Tracking of KPIs
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements (including booking flights & hotels, checking in, and preparing itineraries).
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Market mapping (ad-hoc).
  • Receipt / expenses tracking
  • Taking minutes during the whole team forecast meetings
  • Supporting our MD with any ad-hoc tasks
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Organising social events for the whole team
  • Organising the monthly and quarterly incentives and creating an itinerary.
  • Liaising with our Marketing Executive for any company announcements
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
