Job summary

Dentology, a fast-growing UK performance marketing agency for cosmetic dental practices, is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to help build a product that transforms how clinics attract and convert patients. You’ll work across the stack, own features end-to-end, and influence product direction with the founders.

You will help move fast with high-quality, scalable code, collaborating with a small but ambitious team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar web frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data flows and state management in web applications.
• Experience with Prisma, PostgreSQL, and robust API integrations.
• Commitment to clean, scalable code and practical solutions.
• Empathy for users and a desire to shape product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from database to frontend.
• Build and scale backend services and high-usage API integrations.
• Align technical work with clinic needs and marketing goals.
• Help shape engineering culture with best practices and mentoring.
• Improve UX/UI and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Lead efforts in scaling systems and performance improvements.
