Job summary

mydentist is hiring a Product and Portfolio Manager to steer a portfolio of digital healthcare products and medical technologies for the UK network. The role involves structuring and sequencing projects, aligning with strategic pillars, and communicating financials to senior leaders.

You will manage multi-site healthcare hardware products, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders, building strong field and finance alignment. Hybrid work with site travel is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of managing a portfolio of projects
• 5 years plus management experience
• Hardware product management experience in healthcare with multi-site experience is essential
• Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Previous experience working in dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chain preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and flexing a portfolio of digital healthcare products that will deliver the business benefits
• Managing medical technologies including: Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT scanners, OPG, CEPH, Microscopes
• Structuring, planning and sequencing the technical projects in line with business objectives and other strategic pillars
• Identifying and facilitating the prioritisation of options and decisions; communicating complex scenarios and financials in a way that enables senior leaders to make decisions
• Providing reports on status and prognosis, as required by line manager and senior leadership team
• Managing a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership and business change teams
• Maintaining close working relationship with both the field and the finance team, to understand the financials on all scanners within the portfolio
