Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Technical Lead L1 to drive module level development and review within a MERN stack environment in the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include requirement gathering, solution design, coding reviews, testing (including UAT), deployment support, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of full‑stack web architecture and RESTful services.
• Ability to read, understand, and document technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine module requirements and document them clearly.
• Design application solutions for a module under Project Manager guidance.
• Review and troubleshoot code; ensure replication patterns align with standards.
• Lead testing activities, including UAT, and resolve defects.
• Coordinate deployment activities and prepare training materials for users.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documents, diagrams, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.
• Introduce improved testing and programming practices to enhance automation.
