Qualifications

• Substantial backend experience (4–6 years) in production software.
• Real backend services in Python (Django or similar) and SQL optimization under production loads.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills with attention to UX details.

Responsibilities

• Performance work on dashboards over large datasets.
• Implement targets and budgets per site and revenue centre.
• Maintain a semantic layer to unify metrics across tools.
• Develop AI features including chat over customer data and BI improvements.
• Advance BI capabilities with new chart types and heatmaps.
