Job summary

XYZ Reality is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to own internal applications, dashboards and AI-enabled tools that power the company’s operations. The role focuses on architecture, data models, UI, deployment and ongoing iteration, collaborating with teams across the business.

You will build secure, scalable software using TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js and Node.js, while integrating AI capabilities and ensuring data protection. Hybrid work from London supports collaboration with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack software engineering experience with modern web stacks.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable internal applications.
• Hands-on with React/Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with serverless platforms and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain internal business applications end-to-end.
• Evolve prototypes, dashboards, and tools into secure, maintainable apps.
• Ship quickly using serverless and Backend-as-a-Service platforms.
• Build apps using TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Integrate AI capabilities to streamline workflows.
• Own full application lifecycle including deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure security and data protection for employee, user or customer data.
• Implement authentication, SSO and identity management.
• Champion engineering practices and CI/CD.
• Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
