Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing software within modern engineering environments.
• Strong experience building full stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing, building and consuming APIs, including GraphQL.
• Experience working with at least one relational database technology, including: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience developing, integrating and maintaining backend services, APIs and data-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications, services and integrations across the customer engagement ecosystem.
• Build and enhance personalised customer experiences and profiling capabilities.
• Develop and support backend systems that manage customer data flows between platforms and services.
• Work with Iterable to deliver scalable email and customer communications solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to understand requirements and deliver valuable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software and system issues.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, automation, code quality and continuous improvement.
