Job summary

Prevail Partners is seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join the Platform & System Operations team in London on a permanent basis. You will design, build and maintain features across the Databricks, Python and AWS backend, alongside React frontend where needed.

You will collaborate with Solution Engineers and analysts, own features end-to-end, and contribute to consolidating tools into a single intelligence platform while maintaining high data security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Proven full stack engineer with backend and frontend experience.
• Strong Python and API/backend services experience.
• Practical React experience for production UIs.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.
• Comfortable with SQL and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain full stack features across Databricks, Python, AWS backend and React frontend.
• Translate requirements with Solution Engineers and analysts into robust technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain APIs and services on AWS powering internal tools.
• Contribute to consolidating tools into a single platform and define shared components.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
