Job summary

Dex partners with a scaling company to hire a senior full-stack engineer. You will own the entire stack from React/Next.js frontend to Python services, collaborating directly with the founders on high-impact features.

You will mentor junior engineers as the team grows and contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and CI/CD strategy. The role requires 5+ years delivering production-quality software with React/Next.js, strong Python backend skills (Django or FastAPI), and practical experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production-grade software.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end features with React/Next.js.
• Strong Python backend development (Django or FastAPI).
• Hands-on cloud infra experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with background workers, Redis, and Celery/RQ.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end features across React, Next.js, and Python services.
• Build and optimize background workers and Redis-backed task queues.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and CI/CD strategy.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design on high-impact features.
• Mentor junior engineers and help grow the team.
