Cohere is seeking a versatile engineer to join the Agents & Automations team. You will help build the North AI workspace platform, focusing on reliable, scalable features across frontend, backend, and AI-powered systems.

You will work with Python and React, shipping production-grade code, and collaborate with researchers to bring state-of-the-art models into enterprise workflows while maintaining security and privacy at every step.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience.
• Shipped (production) fullstack code with Python and React.
• Experience in large enterprises and startups.
• Ability to read and understand code outside of your main area.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write minimal code for low-resource environments with strict deployment.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize models and techniques.
