Job summary

Wintermute is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and improve trading applications for internal and external users. You will work across the stack, from backend services to client-facing portals, with guidance from experienced developers and traders.

The role offers ownership and rapid learning in a dynamic, crypto-native environment. You will collaborate with product, marketing, trading and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and contribute to platform-wide architecture

Qualifications

5+ years of software development across backend and frontend.
Proficient in Go and/or Python; able to design REST/WebSocket APIs.
Strong frontend skills: JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of security practices and secure coding standards.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end applications for Wintermute's trading products and client portals.
Own features across the full stack, from backend services to frontends.
Model and expose trading and market data via APIs.
Collaborate with product, marketing, trading and engineering teams.
Contribute to building a platform/portal from scratch and drive user experience.
