Job summary

Wintermute is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and improve trading applications for internal and external users. You will work across the stack, from backend services to client-facing portals, with guidance from experienced developers and traders.

The role offers ownership and rapid learning in a dynamic, crypto-native environment. You will collaborate with product, marketing, trading and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and contribute to platform-wide architecture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development across backend and frontend.
• Proficient in Go and/or Python; able to design REST/WebSocket APIs.
• Strong frontend skills: JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security practices and secure coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end applications for Wintermute's trading products and client portals.
• Own features across the full stack, from backend services to frontends.
• Model and expose trading and market data via APIs.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, trading and engineering teams.
• Contribute to building a platform/portal from scratch and drive user experience.
