Full Stack Software Engineer

SaaS | Early-Stage Start-Up | Experienced Founders | C# | .NET | TypeScript | React | Azure

We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented and ambitious team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with founders on an early-stage product with significant potential. The team is rebuilding infrastructure in a legacy industry from scratch, promoting collaboration without silos or red tape.

Location: Bournemouth

Working Policy: Onsite full-time, as in-person collaboration is highly valued in this early-stage environment.

Salary: Up to £100,000 (based on experience) plus meaningful equity. A great time to join.

You will be a Full Stack Software Engineer in a small, fast-paced team, working on both frontend and backend to deliver features using C#, .NET, React, and Azure. You should be confident across the entire stack, with autonomy and ownership of your work.

This role involves more than just engineering; you'll participate in product decisions, strategy, and user interactions, not just executing assigned tickets.

• Mid–Senior Full Stack Software Engineers: typically 3+ years of experience, ready to contribute immediately.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, and React
• Passionate about creating products users love. FinTech or B2B SaaS experience is a plus but not essential.
