Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own internal applications, dashboards and AI-enabled tools that power our AR platform. You will translate requirements from teams across the business into scalable, secure software from idea to production.

You’ll work with TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js and Node.js, shipping on serverless platforms and ensuring security and data protection. The role is London-based with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain internal business applications end-to-end, from data model and architecture through to user interface.
• Take ownership of prototypes, dashboards and tools, evolving them into secure, reliable and maintainable applications.
• Ship quickly using modern serverless and Backend-as-a-Service platforms (Vercel, Supabase, Firebase).
• Build applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Integrate AI capabilities, including LLM APIs, automation and agents, to improve workflows.
• Own the full application lifecycle: architecture, development, deployment, monitoring and iteration.
• Ensure security and data protection for employee/user/customer information.
• Implement authentication, SSO and identity management where required.
• Champion good engineering practices across code quality, testing, security and CI/CD.
• Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Use feedback and usage data to improve the applications.
