Job summary

Quantum is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to grow our Technology team in Greater London. You will help shape and scale our platform, delivering high-quality development across frontend and backend systems while mentoring teammates and driving continuous improvement.

You will work across Next.js/React-based frontends and Node.js/Express backends, designing robust APIs, with a focus on performance, security, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern JS frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js/Express.js.
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) experience.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/CircleCI/GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker).
• CMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development for frontend and backend codebases.
• Shape architecture and scalable system designs for web apps.
• Mentor engineers and promote code quality and best practices.
• Design and implement responsive UI with modern frameworks (Next.js/React).
• Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver functional, intuitive experiences.
