Job summary

Harrington Starr is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Belfast to design, develop, and modernise enterprise-scale applications used by clients across markets. You will join a collaborative engineering team shaping business-critical platforms and contributing to technical strategy.

Key responsibilities include building scalable full-stack features with .NET, collaborating across Product, QA and Engineering, and driving engineering excellence through architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of APIs, CI/CD, source control, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and modern frontend technologies
• Build new features and enhance existing enterprise products, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Support and mentor other engineers while helping drive technical excellence across the team
