Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial software development experience within a full-stack environment.
• Strong commercial experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and deploying production applications using Next.js App Router.
• Strong understanding of Server Components, Client Components, routing and data-fetching approaches.
• Good knowledge of rendering, caching and performance within Next.js applications.
• Ability to diagnose complex web application issues and understand server-side behaviour.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of the different concerns across React, Next.js, applications and backend services.
• Experience with modern Git workflows and collaborative development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

They are looking to add a technically strong Full Stack Developer to their Web Development team, with a particular focus on modern Next.js and React applications.
