Pearson Carter Limited is searching for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a UK-based outdoor retail company on a remote-first basis. You will build public-facing and internal services using React, TypeScript and C# across greenfield and legacy projects.

You will contribute to microservice architectures, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and cloud/serverless environments. Mentoring junior developers and maintaining high-quality code are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of commercial experience with C#.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
• Knowledge and preferably commercial experience with microservice design principles.
• Experience with modern Git workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience or willingness to mentor junior developers.
• A strong focus on writing high-quality, tested code.

Senior Full Stack Developer up to £110,000 Fully Remote

Pearson Carter are currently working with a UK-based outdoor retail company that sells clothing, footwear, accessories and equipment for outdoor activities. This company are an international multi-channel retailer with 400 stores worldwide, alongside a significant e-commerce operation. They are investing heavily in their in-house technology team.

The successful candidate will work across a mixture of greenfield and legacy projects, developing public-facing applications and internal services across modern cloud, datacentre and serverless environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications usingC#, React and TypeScript
• Work across both greenfield and legacy projects
• Design and develop solutions usingmicroservices architectures
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Work with SQL Server and third-party API/SaaS integrations
• Contribute to continuous delivery through modern Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Produce high-quality, well-tested code using development best practices
• Participate in code reviews and occasional pair programming
• Mentor junior members of the development team

Experience:

• Minimum5 years' commercial experience with React and TypeScript

Salary

They offer a salary of up £110,000, plus benefits.

Location

This is aremote-firstposition, with access to an office in central London when required. The company offers flexible working arrangements, including 10-4 core hours across a 37.5-hour week, with options for part-time working or compressed 9-day fortnights.
