Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Camunda) in London to design and implement Camunda 8 workflows with Java-based services and React UI components. You will contribute to banking/financial IT projects in an AGILE environment, and participate in SCRUM ceremonies while delivering scalable, testable code.

The role requires strong Camunda, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL skills, plus experience with OpenShift and CI/CD tools. Hybrid onsite work with 2–3 days on site is expected.

Qualifications

• Camunda—10 years of design and implementation experience.
• Strong back-end with Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, RestAssured and Mockito.
• SQL experience with MS SQL preferred.
• Cloud experience with OpenShift V4 (aPaaS).
• DevOps tools: GitLab, Stash, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, Veracode.
• Build tools: Maven, Gradle, NPM.
• Strong TDD, CI/CD and microservices understanding.
• CS degree or equivalent understanding of CS, OOD and data structures.
• Banking/financial IT project experience preferred.
• AGILE experience; familiarity with message queues like Kafka or IBM MQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop Lending Origination workflows using Camunda 8 for process orchestration.
• Implement service-task-driven integrations using Java-based job workers.
• Build and integrate React-based user interfaces for user task interactions.
• Develop supporting services using Java and SQL-based back-end systems.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and update JIRA promptly.
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable, testable code.
• Ensure features and user stories have >100% automated test coverage.
• Provide 3rd line support of production environments (1st line UAT).
• Meet CIB metric standards (incl. TADS) and maintain them.

Role Description

• Camunda –10 years experience designing and implementing solutions
• Back-end technology- Strong programming experience with Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Hibernate, Junit, RestAssured and Mockito
• Database Experience with SQL (MS SQL preferred)
