Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Camunda Developer to design and implement Camunda 8 workflows for lending origination. You will develop Java-based services, create React UIs for user tasks, and ensure scalable, testable solutions across CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 10+ years in Camunda, strong Java stack, and experience with Agile environments. Hybrid work includes offices, client sites, and home.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing Camunda-based solutions with robust backend skills in Java.
• Strong React.js experience for building responsive UIs and task handling.
• Proficient with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and test tooling (JUnit/Mockito).
• Experience with OpenShift, GitLab/Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and NPM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Camunda 8 workflows for process orchestration.
• Implement service-task-driven integrations using Java-based workers.
• Build and integrate React-based user interfaces for tasks.
• Develop and maintain backend services in Java and SQL databases.
• Deliver clean, scalable, testable code with 100% automated tests.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and keep JIRA up to date.
• Provide 3rd line production support and assist with UAT.
• Ensure compliance with CIB metrics and quality standards.
