Job summary

ACCENTURE SG SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Full Stack AI Consultant (Developer) to build production-grade agentic AI solutions. You will develop Python backends, REST and event-driven APIs, and React frontends, deploying under technical leads in enterprise settings.

You will design knowledge pipelines, memory architectures, and multi-agent workflows, while maintaining DevOps practices and continuously learning in this fast-evolving field.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack agentic AI applications — Python backends, REST and event-driven APIs, and React or equivalents — to production engineering standards.
• Implement agentic application UX: streaming responses, intermediate output display, reasoning transparency, and error/escalation interfaces for end users.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs; clarify scope with managers and clients and deliver against outcomes.
• Build and configure agents using LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent: harness setup, persona loading, tool binding, memory configuration, lifecycle management.
• Implement reasoning patterns (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, Plan-and-Execute) and design prompt architecture with system prompts, few-shot examples, and structured output schemas.
• Build multi-agent workflows with defined agent roles, A2A handoff, shared state schemas, and escalation paths under architectural guidance.
• Design, build, and maintain MCP servers connecting agents to enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms with robust schema, error handling, and retry logic.
• Translate business processes into agent-executable skills, structured instructions, and reusable workflows.
• Implement context engineering pipelines, memory architectures (episodic, working, long-term), and LLM gateway configuration.
• Build RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embedding, vector store indexing, retrieval, re-ranking, and quality evaluation.
• Implement Text-to-SQL capabilities — schema grounding, query generation, validation, safe execution against enterprise databases.
• Integrate Elasticsearch as retrieval backend; build knowledge graph components and ontology-driven query layers as needed.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent code, prompt changes, and infrastructure with automated gates and deployment strategies.
• Instrument production observability: distributed tracing, cost tracking, latency profiling, failure logging, and drift detection.
• Build agent testing suites: unit tests, multi-agent integration tests, simulation environments; implement guardrails and audit trails.
• Manage versioned agent and asset registries — agents, tools, skills, prompts, workflows — with controlled promotion across environments.
• Maintain active knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and tooling; contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
